Henry Seymour Portman
Henry Seymour later Portman (c.1637-1728), of Orchard Portman, Somerset, was an English politician.
He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England and Parliament of Great Britain for St Mawes March 1679, October 1679, 1681, 1685, 1689 and 21 November 1696, for Totnes in 1690, for Taunton in 1698, 1710, 1713 and 2 February to 30 August 1715, for Wells in February 1701, December 1701, 1702 and 1705 and for Somerset in 1708.〔http://historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1660-1690/member/seymour-henry-ii-1637-1728〕
